Sileo® Oromucosal Gel for Dogs
Sileo (dexmedetomidine hydrochloride oromucosal gel) is a prescription treatment for noise aversion in dogs — fear and anxiety associated with loud noises such as fireworks and thunderstorms. It is applied between the cheek and gum.

Active Ingredient

How to Use
Apply the prescribed dose between the cheek and gum exactly as directed by your veterinarian and the product label. Do not allow your dog to eat or drink for 15 minutes after administration.
Important Safety Information
- For use in dogs only — keep out of reach of children and cats
- Not for use in dogs with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, or kidney disease
- Use with caution in older dogs or dogs on other medications
- Wear gloves when handling; wash hands thoroughly after use
