This Purchase & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of PetMedsToYourHome.ca (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Purchase Terms

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

2. Prescription Veterinary Medications
Due to regulatory requirements governing veterinary prescription products in Ontario and Canada:

Prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian.

We reserve the right to verify prescriptions directly with the prescribing veterinarian.

Orders will not ship until prescription verification is completed.

If prescription verification fails, the order will be cancelled and refunded (less any non-recoverable processing fees, where permitted by law).

3. OTC Veterinary Products
For over-the-counter (OTC) veterinary products:

Products that are sealed, unopened, and unused may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

For health and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of ingestible, temperature-sensitive, or hygiene-related products once shipped.
4. Subscriptions
Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis.
By enrolling in a subscription:

You authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge it automatically on each renewal date.

Subscription renewals occur according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Some subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
