All prescription medications are dispensed by pharmacists licensed in Ontario in accordance with applicable provincial and federal law.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with any other affiliated entity or business.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase products for the identified animal.
3. Veterinary Prescription Requirements
For prescription veterinary medications:

A valid prescription issued by a veterinarian licensed in Canada is required.

A valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) must exist.

If a dispensing error is confirmed, we will correct the error and replace the affected product at no additional cost.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
