Where We Serve
We ship only within Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
Over-the-counter products and supplements ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Prescription medications are dispensed only to patients in provinces and territories where we are permitted to do so under applicable pharmacy laws. If we are unable to fill a prescription for your province, we will contact you before charging for the prescription item.
How We Dispense Prescription Medications
- Valid veterinary prescription required. We dispense prescription medications only on a valid prescription from a veterinarian licensed in Canada, who has examined your pet and established a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR).
- Verification. Our pharmacy verifies every prescription, which may include contacting your veterinarian directly.
- Pharmacist review. A licensed pharmacist completes a clinical review before any prescription is dispensed.
- Shipping. Prescription items ship only after verification and pharmacist review are complete.
We do not diagnose conditions, offer veterinary consultations or issue prescriptions. We do not accept prescriptions from prescribers outside Canada.
Our Products
We dispense Health Canada–approved medications sourced from licensed Canadian distributors. Some medications are human-labelled products that veterinarians may prescribe for animals (extra-label use); these are dispensed only on a valid veterinary prescription.
Fees
- Prescription dispensing fee: $8.99 per prescription item (charged once per product, not per tablet). Shown separately at checkout.
- Over-the-counter products and supplements: no dispensing fee.

Privacy
Prescription and pet health information is collected only to dispense your pet's medication safely and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
